Making the decision to take part in a charity run is a no-brainer, right? Tone up, get fit and have fun all while raising funds for a cause dear to your heart.  The only downside? The training. If you're brand new to the world of running, chances are you aren't go to be ready to run a 10k after a couple of weeks. And that's totally OK.
