Elf Town Dublin is returning to the RDS this Christmas and there’s a major change to the experience for 2026.

The popular festive attraction is back from November 14th to December 23rd, but for the first time, families can choose between two different experiences depending on their budget, schedule and children.

Alongside the much-loved 90-minute Elf Town Immersive Experience, a brand new 30-minute Santa’s Magical Visit has been created for 2026.

The shorter option is for families with younger children, those who don't have as much time or anyone looking for a more budget-friendly way to enjoy the Elf Town magic.

And while the experiences are different lengths, the team says there has been no compromise on the magic, with both taking place inside the spectacular Elf Town world.

Children can meet Santa during a private family visit, with personalised details provided by parents helping to make the experience extra special.

They'll also get to explore Jack Frost’s Frozen Forest and real ice cave, before heading to the Toy Shop where they can exchange their Golden Coin for a gift.

The full 90-minute experience includes even more of Elf Town, including meeting Santa’s real reindeer, visiting the Elf Town Post Office, decorating gingerbread with Mrs Claus and exploring the various theatrical Christmas worlds.

The attraction has also introduced new characters for 2026, including Bramble, Pippin and Cinnamon, alongside favourites such as Glitterpants, Binny, Postie, Jack Frost and Mrs Claus.

Founder Barry Battle said the decision to introduce the shorter experience was about making Elf Town accessible to more families during an expensive time of year.

“I’m a dad of five young kids, all still at the perfect age to get the most out of the magic of Christmas and Santa. Equally, as a parent, I’m very aware of how much families have to budget for at Christmas.

“So we really wanted to rethink the options with one core question in mind: ‘How do we make this accessible to more people this year?’ We’ve really tried our hardest to do just that.” he said.

Elf Town Dublin will run at the RDS from November 14th to December 23rd, 2026.

Tickets start from €10 for adults and €18 for children for Santa’s Magical Visit, while the Immersive Experience starts from €19 for adults and €29 for children.

Tickets are available from elftowndublin.ie.
