The cheapest holiday destination of 2018 has been revealed

We’re only just back from the Christmas break and we’re already thinking about our next holiday.

However, after the festive season our bank balance is looking a little worse for wear and dishing out for a trip away doesn’t seem all that realistic. Well, the folks over at Hoppa have been investigating the cheapest way to get away this year and they’ve found the cheapest destination to travel to in 2018. Yep, taking accommodation, food, drinks, taxi and entertainment costs per person per night into consideration, they found that Kiev in Ukraine will be the cheapest place to holiday this year. Costing just £64.79 a night to stay and enjoy the area, and what’s even better? Kiev also ranked as the third cheapest city in the world for cocktails. However, if Ukraine isn’t your idea of a dream location, Denpasar in Bali ranked fourth cheapest on the list, Cairo in Egypt ranked sixth and Sofia, Bulgaria ranked in the tenth position.
