How would you feel if you went into labour at just 25 weeks? Imagine if your baby was the size of your hand. For many, this is the case. Today, November 17th, marks World Prematurity Day which aims to raise awareness of preterm birth and the issues that families can face with a premature baby. Approximately 15 million babies are born prematurely every year. That's one in every 10. A number of mothers and organistaions have taken to Twitter to mark the occasion by sharing their own photographs and stories...   For more information or support services, please visit the Irish Premature Babies website here.
