Are you in the first trimester?

Feeling like you're going to chuck all over the place? Yep, we've been there. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to get rid of that sickly feeling, but we've tried these, and we think they might just do the trick. HerFamily can attest to Caliopo ice-pops when you think you're going to hurl, and we've been known to take a few to bed with us too. So, we thought we'd see if we could make a version of Calippos ourselves. Nausea Pops You'll need:
  • 3 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla (optional, you can make these without yoghurt)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
What to do Pop everything into the blender and whizz it up, pour into popsicle moulds, freeze, and enjoy!
