Michaella McCollum confirms she is expecting her first chid

Michaella McCollum has announced she is expecting her first child.

The 24-year-old recently fuelled speculation that she was pregnant after she was spotted shopping for baby clothes earlier this week. "Wow had some crazy dreams... guess that's what happens when your dreaming for more than one."

Fans quickly rushed to congratulate the mum-to-be, who was pictured lying between the legs of a mystery man in the photo. The Peru Two drugs mule was spotted wearing a ring on her left hand as she was shopping Jojo Maman Bebe this week. A few days earlier, she was also spotted looking at prams with a mystery man in Mamas & Papas. Michaella was sentenced to six years in a Peruvian jail in December 2013 after admitting to smuggling 11kg of cocaine into the country alongside Melissa Reid. She served just over two years in jail before she released on parole in March of last year, but she initially has to stay in Peru. She carried out volunteer work until August, when she was permitted to fly back to Belfast. She is due to publish her first book, which is due to hit the shelves this summer.
