Well, a French author named Stéphanie Rapoport is giving us baby name notions with the release of her annual baby name book named L’Officiel des Prénoms, which predicts what mums and dads (probably mainly mums) will be naming their child in 2018. She’s not just pulling these names out of the blue however, but rather basing them on data from the National Institute for Statistical and Economic Studies (INSEE).
