The Hube is the kind of mum I aspire to be. The woman is one of the country's most impressive hyphenates. She's a writer-actress-designer-hopscotch enthusiast and prolific and generous purveyor of Twitter and Instagram amusement. I recognise that I lack the skillz and general grooming to actually be Amy Huberman, so I would settle for just having her as my BMF (best mum-friend). We could share LOLs about our children's antics and conspiratorial eye-rolls about the husbands and I could just be near her. Plus, I think, we would just get each other. Amy, if you're reading this, I'm that woman that you've noticed lurking on the peripheries of your life for some time now and if you would just give me a sign then I will come to your home uninvited with a basket of marshmallows and a bottle of Hendricks.
