Gaillimh abú!

Baby Cathal may only be a month old but he's already been out supporting his county. Galway girl Síle Seoige hit Croke Park at the weekend with partner Damien O Fearghaíl to watch her county play Waterford in a thrilling All-Ireland hurling final and their newborn son came along for the big day out. It turns out that little Cathal might have been a good-luck charm for the tribesmen - they beat Waterford on the day - though the baba appears to have been oblivious to it all as he snoozed in a sling. Sharing this photo on Facebook, Síle wrote;
"Naff maroon hat : check Face sore from smiling : check Magic memories made. Cathal O Farrell only a month old and in Croke Park on All Ireland hurling final day when Galway won after a 29 year wait. It was truly amazing to have been there to experience it. Mommy & Daddy were shattered afterwards but it was so worth the effort! #GaillimhAbú #Bród"
The TV presenter and HerFamily columnist gave birth to Cathal, the couple's first child, at the beginning of August.

Writing in her latest HerFamily column, Síle, who had a drug-free delivery, admitted that the labour was tough but that she had no regrets. "It can, and luckily in my case, it has been, a massively empowering and positive experience and one I wouldn’t change."
