Prince George and Princess Charlotte are set to join a pretty big royal tradition this Christmas.

The siblings are set to make their first public Christmas Day appearance this year, according to The Sun The publication report that the young royals will be walking with their parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, to church on Christmas Day. “It will be so sweet. George and Charlotte will make their Christmas debut, as long as they’re both on good form on the day," an insider told the publication. “It’s the picture all royal fans want to see. The royals walking to church on Christmas Day is a rite of passage and so William and Kate didn’t want to expose their children too early, but they feel they’re old enough now." Prince Louis, however, is expected to stay at home with Kate's parents while the rest of the Cambridges go to church. The news comes after it emerged that Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and their son Archie would not be going to Sandringham this Christmas. The Sussexes will instead be spending the holidays "as a new family, with the Duchess' mother Doria Ragland." "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking forward to extended family time towards the end of this month," a place spokesperson said at the end of November. "Having spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, Their Royal Highnesses will spend the holiday this year, as a new family, with the Duchess' mother Doria Ragland.
