Parents are loving this mum’s X-rated hack to treat a baby’s chest congestion

Having a poorly baby is upsetting for any parent.

So, it's no wonder that most mums and dads would do anything that they could to help their little one - even if their method may be a bit unorthodox. A mum's x-rated solution to relieve her baby's chest congestion has gone viral for a hilarious reason. Texas-based  Melons and Cuties - a “breastfeeding and pregnancy support and education" company shared a photo of a partnering hack that a customer had sent in. The picture shows a newborn baby, wearing an adorable leopard print onesie, with a vibrator being held against its back. They captioned the photo:

“Our customer shares her remedy for chest congestion!! Use on baby’s back while sitting in a steamy bathroom. Brilliant!!!”

Since the post was first shared on Tuesday, it has gotten more than 8,000 comment and 6,000 shares. One mum wrote:

"HILARIOUS!!! But also a BRILLIANT representation of how motherhood requires you to be resourceful lol REAL LIFE."

Another commented:

"Just because something has a sexual purpose some of the time does not mean that’s the only thing it’s good for. This logic also applies to people. "Having a sick child can be hellish. Within reason I say whatever works."

A different mum added:

"I remember the first time my son found my vibrator. I don’t know why I didn't think to tell him it was for chest congestion."
