With a little create flair you could have a whole new set of dinner plates or even a little Christmas pressie for Granny, all in time for afternoon tea Little girls can pick the colours and do the dipping, Mums can supervise! Turn boring coloured culinary items into this.... mom2 What you need Leftover nail varnishes (you can't bring yourself to throw out). An old tupperware bowl Four plain coloured cups A sheet of baking paper What to do 1. Fill the small tupper-ware container with lukewarm water. 2. Drop a few droplets of nail varnish in and swirl it with a toothpick. 3. Dip in the cup or plate or anything else you wish to design and leave it for about ten seconds. 4.
