We celebrated Mother’s Day earlier this year, but mums in the US are gearing up for their day of spoils this Sunday.

While the cards might praise mothers for being loving and kind, there is another thing our us mums are known for – totally random texts. Yes, we've all been left a little confused thanks to a text from our mothers, and no doubt our own children would say we've sent a head-scratcher once or twice. So in honour of Mother’s Day, Jimmy Kimmel asked his staff to share some of the most random texts their mothers have ever sent them.
