Elaine Scougal is mum to incredibly cute twins Ollie and Cameron who live in Dundee, Scotland. The boys were born with Down Syndrome and Elaine has created a fantastic Facebook page which not only chronicles the boy's journey with the most heart-warming toddler videos you are ever likely to see, but to endorse positivity towards children who have an extra chromosome. This 'roaring' video of the twins has gone completely viral and has been shared over seven million times! It isn't hard to see why, we literally cannot stop smiling throughout the entire clip.
