We were going to suggest that the bathroom was the one place where we could grab a moment's peace.

But sadly, most of us know that an elusive time-out on the toilet seat is nothing if not a hard-fought battle. Indeed, many parents will attest that as soon as that door clicks shut the kids come galloping - screaming "MUUUUMMMMMMMM!' with particular vigour and enthusiasm. Still, while we may never be able to pee without a knock on the door, we can still DREAM of being bothered amid pretty perfect surroundings.
