9-year-old boy’s texts to new girlfriend are adorable

School crushes can be a tricky business what with all the hair-pulling, mixed signals and the pressure of THE first kiss. And we were reminded of the good old days this week with these texts from a nine-year-old boy to the object of his affections.

Damion’s brother Freddy shared the messages on Twitter and they’re TOO cute, especially when he tries to play it cool at the beginning… Also, for a moment we thought he was telling her that he loves her more than Galaxy, as in the chocolate, and we were thinking WHAT a rookie mistake! Now we feel bad and hope their childhood romance blossoms into the love of a lifetime filled with chocolates, flowers and romantic gestures... then of course they'll get married, have kids and things will change forever.
