Dream Kardashian’s safety reportedly being assessed by child welfare

And LA court is being asked to determine the child’s safety.

Child welfare is reportedly concerned for the safety of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s daughter Dream. According to TMZ, the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has stepped in and are asking a Dependency Court judge to determine whether the 10-month-old is living in a safe environment.

DCFS had opened an investigation into Blac Chyna and her alleged drug use before her split from Rob in March of this year. Chyna has since obtained a restraining order against Rob, who she claims tried to beat her.
