WIN! Someone in Ireland is €4.4m richer after Saturday night’s lotto draw

There was just one lucky winner of Saturday night's Lotto jackpot, and that person is about to be precisely €4, 434, 994 better off. The ticket was sold in the north-west of Ireland. The winning numbers in question are: 1 2 7 33 34 40 with a bonus number of 6. Elsewhere, there was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 top prize of €500,000, or the Lotto Plus 2 jackpot of €250,000.
