Viewers couldn’t cope with the loan shark twist on EastEnders

#FreeBronson.

EastEnders fans have had a lot to process recently but last night's episode sent more than a few over the edge. We've all watched nervously as the Taylor family have tried to dodge the loan shark. It all came to a head last night when the bailiff arrived at the family's door and Karen had to tell him that she had no money to pay him. Karen offered up her mother's engagement ring but he threw it back in her face. In a cruel twist he decided to take prized pet Bronson, the family's Staffordshire bull terrier, dragging him out of the house by his collar. For many of us watching at home, this was just TOO. DAMN. FAR.

  *SPOILERS* Luckily, help is at hand as Linda offers to help out when she learns of the Taylor family's financial difficulties. We'll see the community get behind the family to try and pitch in and clear their debts. In the meantime, we're praying that no harm comes to poor Bronson.
