Tragic: Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has died by suicide

It is being reported this evening that Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington has died by suicide.

TMZ says it has confirmation of the death from law enforcement. Aged just 41, his body was discovered on Thursday at around 9am in LA county. https://twitter.com/SkyNews/status/888104876302974976 Chester was married. He had six children from his two marriages. He has previously discussed his mental health issues, saying that he was sexually abused by an older male as a child. He has also struggled with drugs and alcohol addiction. Linkin Park released their most recent album One More Light in May of this year, which topped the charts around the world. Chester was close friends with Chris Cornell, who also died by suicide in May.
