Yikes.

Have you ever dreamed about taking a journey on a ship called the Titanic? No? Of course you haven't, because that was a total fucking disaster. However, there is a Titanic II currently being built, and it is due to take the exact same journey as the original by 2022. No.thank.you. Back in 2012, Blue Star Line, an Australian shipping company, said it was building Titanic II, a nearly exact replica of the RMS Titanic. However, due to financial troubles, building plans were stalled. titanic ii It has now been announced that everything is back in action, with the new ship due to make its maiden voyage in 2022. The shiny new cruise ship is currently being built in China (not Belfast, so there's some comfort in that). It is rumoured to be costing £500 MILLION, and will hold over 2000 passengers, and 900 crew members. That is a big boat lads. titanic ii The big difference between Titanic II and the original? Lifeboats. There will be enough lifeboats to house every single person on the ship. Smart. Wish they'd thought of it before. Oh, and naturally it will have modern navigation technology, so all icebergs can be avoided. Would you DARE board Titanic II, and journey across the Atlantic ocean? Nah.
