This Dad Left A Few Items Behind At The Playground (Not The Kids!)

This is what happens when my partner Alan is taking the kids out for a day trip by himself; Me:    Do you have the changing bag? Him:  Yes. Me:    Do you have nappies in it, wipes, a few snacks, the bottle and blanket? Him:  Some, but not all of that. Me:    Did you get Jacob to do a wee before putting him in the car? Him:  He'll be grand. Me:    That statement is the rock you will perish on. You know, he just forgets stuff here and there. He doesn't have the mammy OCD running mental list that I have, the one that anticipates most potential upcoming disasters - mostly because I've already been that soldier who forgot the damn baby wipes. But this Dublin dad has trumped quite a few other dad's forgetful moments, if his wife's Facebook post is anything to go by. At least he arrived home with the kids, right?!
