Shopping for clothes for little girls isn't always easy.

With girls' sections in many stores awash with frills, florals and the colour pink, parents of tomboys often struggle to find things that their title ones will agree to wear. Now Tesco has pledged to offer a wider selection of clothes for girls after hearing from a young customer who was unhappy with what was on offer. An eight-year-old girl named Betsy was shopping for a raincoat with her mum Fiona in a Tesco store in the UK recently but couldn't see anything she liked. I created them myself.” Mum Fiona tweeted the letter and in fairness, a representative for Tesco promised to look into creating a better range of coats for girls.
