Santa letter not sent yet? Still have Christmas cards and parcels lying at the front door? While you’ve missed most of the international delivery dates, you’ve still got a bit of time to post cards and parcels to the rest of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. If you are planning to send stuff to friends and family elsewhere in the Republic of Ireland, December 21st is the last day for posting. Sending something up north? Well you need to get a move on because Saturday (December 19th) is the deadline and it’s the same for Great Britain (unless it’s a parcel, in which case it needs to go by Friday). You are still okay to send letters to Europe but if you have parcels to go, you’ll either have to resort to registered post or a courier service. Check out the tables below for full details and for further information on opening times over the festive period, visit the An Post website here. (Please note that all of these dates are subject to local operator delays and nothing is guaranteed to arrive on time.) table1 table2 table3
