Would you consider yourself to be a Scrabble enthusiast? Well, the game as you know it is about to seriously change. Why? Because they have introduced 300 new words, giving you loads more chances to earn points. The sixth edition of the popular board game was released on Monday, September 24th, and added long-awaited words like “OK” and “ew” to the vetted Scrabble lexicon. scrabble “OK is something Scrabble players have been waiting for, for a long time,” the editor-at-large of Merriam-Webster. “Basically two- and three-letter words are the lifeblood of the game.” Here are some of the words added to the game this week:

  • Beatdown
  • Zomboid
  • Twerk
  • Sheeple
  • Wayback
  • Bokeh
  • Botnet
  • Emoji
  • Facepalm
  • Frowny
  • Hivemind
  • Puggle
  • Nubber
