We all tend to pick up parenting tips from our friends and family - even Princess Eugenie!

The royal who is mother to August, two, and Ernest, four months, with her husband Jack Brooksbank, revealed a rule she shares with Meghan Markle that she lives by. In a rare interview on Kate Thornton's White Wine Question Time podcast, Eugenie gushed about her boys, describing August as a "firecracker" and saying Ernst "smiles the whole time." She mentioned a helpful talent she managed to pass on to her boys - sleeping! I could sleep for Great Britain as a national sport and so I think my boys have gained that talent, and they are deep, deep sleepers. "I hate to say this to all mums listening but they are really good sleepers," the royal joked. Speaking on how she's raising her boys, Princess Eugenie told Kate, "'Manners maketh  man' – I'm trying to do that with my kids right now." It's a proverb that Meghan had previously quoted in an interview with The Cut when she described raising her son Archie.

"We always tell him: 'Manners make the man. Manners, manners, manners, manners, manners,'" she told the publication last year.

Princess Eugenie still remains close with Prince Harry despite ongoing family tensions since he moved to America with his wife Meghan.

She flew to the US to spend time with the Sussexes and their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in February 2022.

Only further proving how their relationship has managed to survive such turbulent times Eugenie and Harry even attended the Super Bowl together, with the footage later included in the Sussexes' Netflix docuseries.
