It has been a pretty amazing 12 months for the lovely Prince Harry.
The 34-year-old married the love of his life, Meghan Markle, and is also set to become a father for the first time.
A far cry from his partying days of old.
Anyway, when you commit to someone in marriage, sometimes people have to make changes.
And apparently, Harry has done just that.
It seems as though Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, asked her husband to stop drinking in the lead up to her pregnancy.
That's not all though.
Sources claim that Prince Harry is doing Dry January, swearing off booze, coffee and even tea.
An outright caffeine ban, basically.
A source said:
“Considering he's been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it's quite an achievement."
“He was always fidgeting and on the go, always looking for the next thrill."
“He was a great laugh but it was always very full on."
“Now his new regime doesn’t make him the most entertaining party guest in the world, but he’s definitely more chilled and relaxed.”
A friend of Harry's has said that Meghan is to thank for this change in the prince.
“All she did was show him there's another way to live and he's become a huge fan."
“He eats well, doesn't poison his body, exercises, does a bit of yoga and is a lot happier.”
