Northern Irish Police have issued an appeal over a missing Welsh women, who is believed to be in Ireland.

35-year-old Kelly Lloyd, and her three children, have gone missing from their home in Wales. Police believe that she could be accompanied by a man called Stuart Handley and that all five of them could be somewhere in Ireland. They are treating her disappearance as a "high risk missing persons. According to RTE, they believe she might have got a boat from Wales to Belfast.
