Parents aren’t happy that Kat Von D is NOT going to vaccinate her child

Kat Von D is currently pregnant.

She announced that she was having a baby boy back in May with her husband Leafar Seyer. However, she also revealed that when her child is born, she will not be vaccinating him. On Instagram, she wrote: "If you don't know what it's like to have the entire world openly criticize, judge, throw uninformed opinions, and curse you -- try being an openly pregnant vegan on Instagram, having a natural, drug-free home birth in water with a midwife and doula, who has the intention of raising a vegan child, without vaccinations. "Feel free to follow me on here if you like what I’m about - whether it’s tattooing, lipstick, Animal Rights, sobriety, feminism, ridiculous gothiness, black flower gardening, cats, or my adorable husband. But if you don't dig a certain something about what I post, I kindly ask that you press the unfollow button and move the f*ck on." And people do not like her stance one bit, so much so, they are boycotting her makeup line. Many took to Twitter to say that they would no longer be buying her cosmetics:

Can I just say concerning this whole kat von d thing that despite some vaccines maybe not being plant-based, to say they’re not vegan is REAL reductive. By not vaccinating your children you’re actively putting them in harm’s way and that’s blatantly anti-vegan lol

won't vaccinate her future child bc it isn't vegan and she's afraid of side effects… but wears gucci sunglasses which is a non-vegan brand and DEFINITELY not cruelty-free. hmm. interesting how this works.

I’ve never understood all the hate vegans get until I read that Kat Von D isn’t vaccinating her child because that wouldn’t be vegan. I’ll support veganism until you put people at risk of deadly diseases just because you want your child to be entirely vegan. That’s disgusting.

My 6 month old son will FOREVER have a weakened immune system due to his medical condition. But he is currently being vaccinated, selfish people like @thekatvond could KILL my child because of pure ignorance. Shame on you for putting your child and everyone else’s at risk.
