A one-year-old baby girl has died in Cork following an accident with a window blind cord.
The infant was brought to Cork University Hospital this afternoon after emergency services were called to a home in Delaney Park, Dublin Hill, Co. Cork.
She was pronounced dead a short time later.
Gardaí are currently investigating the sudden death incident.
