One person stole the show on Room To Improve last night

She was a hero.

Last night's Room To Improve featured two sisters who had recently returned home to Ireland after living in America for most of their lives. They were planning to move back in with their mother, known to the crew and cast as 'Ma', in the old family home in Portrane, Co Dublin. The two women had wishlists that exceeded their budget, which was Dermot Bannon's first challenge, but they also had an elderly mother to think about. Dermot managed to get all their requests included in the house, despite the numerous debates over tiles and where the kitchen sink would go, and eventually showed off a hugely impressive house on the north Dublin coast. While the two sisters were compared to Hilda and Zelda from Sabrina the Teenage Witch, there was a lot of love for 'Ma'.
