Off for a Blow Dry? Your Salon Might Donate The Entire Cost To The ISPCC…

We're super-excited about this serious cool campaign. Get your weekend blow-dry, look stunning, donate the entire cost to our favourite charity, ISPCC Childline. Simples. Ireland's coolest salons are in on the act: instead of taking your money, the entire amount will go to help Childline, the only 24-hour listening service that supports and empowers children and young people in Ireland. Of course, our favourite celebs are in on it too - supporting this brilliant campaign are names like Amy Huberman, Eoghan McDermott and Angela Scanlon have all lent their support to the #GetBlownAway. Last year, Childline talked to almost 400,000 children and young people who contacted the service for help and advice for issues including abuse, violence, exploitation, addiction and suicide. The fundraising project will help raise vital funds to ensure that the ISPCC Childline service is ready to provide support to more brave young people, who desperately need to talk to someone.
