New LEGO Range Includes ‘Working Mum’ and ‘Stay-at-Home Dad’

One of the latest sets from toy manufacturer LEGO signifies a massive step towards inclusivity and gender equality, according to reports. The ‘LEGO City’ range includes a number of new mini-figurines including a working mum, a stay-at-home dad and a kid in a wheelchair. President of LEGO Systems Soren Torp Laursen told Fortune that these figures are reflective of world that we live in. He explained: “We need to stay in tune with the world around us.
