Kate Middleton and Prince William have shared the most adorable family photo to celebrate Christmas.

Kensington Palace released the new photo on Christmas Day, as the Cambridges sent their festive well wishes to their followers. The picture, which was taken by the Duchess of Cambridge, shows Prince William standing beside their three children: six-year-old Prince George; four-year-old Princess Charlotte and 19-month-old Prince Louis. The dad-of-three is crouched down, as he plants a kiss on the cheek of his youngest son. "Merry Christmas," they wrote alongside the photo. "This photograph of The Duke of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis was taken by The Duchess of Cambridge in Norfolk earlier this year." "We wish all our followers a very happy and relaxing Christmas Day," the said at the end of the caption. Later that day, Prince George and Princess Charlotte joined a pretty big royal tradition as they walked with their parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, to church on Christmas Day. Prince Louis, however, is thought to have stayed at home with Kate's parents while the rest of the Cambridges went to church.
