The Kardashians threw Dream the most lavish first birthday party

She's a cutie.

Dream Kardashian turned one yesterday, and the Kardashians sure celebrated it. The family went all out for the youngest grandchild, with not one but two delicious birthday cakes, a toy Mercedes car, and huge silver balloons.
