Jedward share heartbreaking tribute after mum passes away following long battle with cancer

Jedward have paid a heartbreaking tribute to to their mum, who passed away following a long battle with cancer.

John and Edward Grimes said that their mum, Susanna, had been living "with cancer for many years." The brothers told how she "shaped the character" of who they are, adding: "You live on in our memories, and will always be in our hearts." Alongside the heartfelt tribute, the Lipstick singers shared two photos of them cuddled up to Susanna. They wrote on Twitter:

"Rest In Peace Mammy, you live on through us. "We will miss you and your smile. You shaped the character of who we are. "Mammy lived with cancer for many years but was always full of life! "You live on in our Memories and will always be alive in our Hearts."
