It's after the retailer went into administration last week.

House of Fraser is no longer accepting gift vouchers at its Dundrum store. The company was bought by Sports Direct for about 90 million pounds last week. Financial services firm EY, which is acting as the administrator for House of Fraser, said that the Sports Direct group decided to suspend accepting the gift cards after acquiring the store. EY made a statement to RTÉ, saying: "To have had a different approach would have caused confusion and we are evaluating the position with the Sports Direct group. "Customers already in possession of gift cards and vouchers should retain them as they will either be the evidence they require to submit their claims to the administrators, or be available for redemption should there be a decision to lift the suspension." House of Fraser's outlet in Dundrum is the only one in Ireland with more than 200 people employed in the store.
