Have you ever noticed this?

Because honestly, we didn’t. When going to the airport, it’s usually a time full of excitement as you’re one step closer to your holiday. And along with being able to drink champagne in the morning and a burger at 7am, it’s a wonderous place indeed. However, along with it being wonderful, airports are also very sneaky. According to consulting company Intervistas, most airport corridors slope slightly to the left… for a very specific reason. Image result for airport corridor dublin "More sales are generated if a walkway curves from right to left with more merchandise and space on the right side because passengers are looking right while (perhaps unconsciously) walking left," Mental Floss reports. So basically, the majority of people will instinctively look to the right as they’re walking left, and if there’s more merchandise on show, it’ll lead people to buy more. See, very sneaky indeed. via GIPHY
