Ryan Giggs and Gemma Atkinson talk about those romance rumours

It has been rumoured for months.

And now, Ryan Giggs and Gemma Atkinson have come clean on all of the gossip surrounding them. Speaking to Key103 Breakfast Show over in the UK, Ryan said: "Me and Gemma have been friends for a long time."

Before teasing, "And you know, as if!" Gemma was also on the same morning show and butted in: "Oh cheers!" She continued: "Anyone I hang about with of the opposite sex people say I’m going out with. Whenever we all go out together as friends people say we’re in a relationship."

So there you have it... they are just friends. Back in Feburary, the pair were spotted having a cosy dinner which lead to the rumours surfaces. A source said that Ryan couldn't stop looking at her and, "they gave each other their undivided attention, and kept leaning across the table to get closer."
