An Garda Síochána has renewed calls for information on the baby whose body was found in a skip last year.

The little girl, whom the Gardaí named Alannah, was discovered at the Greenstar recycling plant in Bray on 4 May last year. Now, almost a year later, the force is appealing for members of the public to come forward with any information that might help solve the mystery surrounding the baby's death. Gardaí also want to ensure that Alannah's mother received appropriate medical treatment. Alannah's body was discovered by recycling workers who were sorting through waste at the plant, which according to RTÉ News, accepts waste from all over the country. You can contact Bray Garda Station on 01-6665300.
