"There is nothing at this stage to suggest that the incident is suspicious in any way."

A baby girl is said to be "in a bad way" after an incident in Dublin yesterday evening. The infant was rushed to hospital yesterday evening after a serious fall at an apartment complex. She fell from a window on the third-floor of an apartment block in the Tyrellstown area to the north-west of the city at around 6pm. Gardaí have said that the little girl was 'under the age of two'. Officers from nearby Blanchardstown Garda Station answered a call and attended the scene at around 6.30pm. They have since launched an investigation into the fall, which they currently believe to have been a tragic accident. "The child is in a bad way, but there is nothing at this stage to suggest that the incident is suspicious in any way," a source told The Irish Independent. The baby is now believed to be in a serious condition in hospital.
