Admit it - you shed a tear.

Channel 4's The Secret Life of Four Year Olds is back and as cute as ever. The fly-on-the-wall series returned to our screens last night and one little girl in particular stole everyone's heart. Victoria is obsessed with parties - even more than the average little girl. She loves balloons and cake and wants to be a party planner when she grows up. She's also a cancer survivor. Doctors found a tumour in her bile duct when she was three and she was diagnosed with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer that only effects around 425 children worldwide each year. Victoria underwent intensive treatment, including a new form of radiotherapy in the US. She finally went into remission earlier this year. Her parents knew that the programme would be perfect for her. https://twitter.com/AuntiePegg/status/927993465140637696 "She’s such a people person that we knew she would love taking part in this show — and she absolutely did," her mum Jennifer said. "She was in and out of hospital for so long that almost a year of her childhood was taken away, so we wanted to do something to balance it out and give her a novel experience." Victoria's maturity, positivity and infectious spirit shone through in last night's episode and it's safe to say there wasn't a dry eye in the house. https://twitter.com/vharrisonteach/status/927995432126513152 https://twitter.com/Aaliaebrahimx/status/927994635057844224 https://twitter.com/nilechunky/status/928017112689467392 https://twitter.com/debannbradley/status/928001960640503813 https://twitter.com/naturellyfamily/status/928001819619549184 https://twitter.com/Angreal28/status/928003466601091072
