Dublin Gardaí Hunt Predator After Sex Attack On Girl, 14

Gardaí are investigating a vicious sexual assault on a 14-year-old girl in a Dublin suburb. The attack on the child, who has a learning disability, happened on Monday near St Mark's GAA Club in the Ashgrove estate in Springfield, Tallaght, shortly after 4pm. Investigators from the Child Protection Unit are said to be following a definite line of inquiry after interviewing the victim at the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit in the Rotunda Hospital.
