A mum from Alabama has unexpectedly "broken the Internet" after a Facebook post she published went viral. Screen Shot 2015-04-02 at 11.54.33 Wood's post was reposted by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office with the following statement: "What do you think of the way this local mom is handling this situation? Looks like these children have great parents." This garnered huge attention for the conscientious mum with more than 50,000 shares and also helped her to make contact with the woman she was seeking to apologise to, Rebecca Boyd. Boyd responded saying: "the girls are not bad... they're just children. Glad they are learning a lesson." Wood told ABC News: “She’s the most gracious, kind and forgiving woman." She went on to say that her girls are "mortified" and are unlikely to ever do anything like this again. What do you think of this approach to discipline? Enlightened or unnecessary humiliation?
