The boy has been missing since Tuesday

The search for a young boy who went missing at the Cliffs of Moher resumed this morning.

The boy, believed to be 12 years old, has been missing since Tuesday, July 26th.

His heartbroken family raised the alarm on Tuesday, but the search has now entered its third day.

The family was reportedly on holiday in Ireland and they became separated during their visit to the Cliffs of Moher.

Authorities were alerted and have been searching for the boy since Tuesday.

The search covers land, air, and sea.

Several drones were also deployed on Thursday afternoon to help with the search.

Gardaí confirmed that the search will likely continue throughout today.

The Coast Guard, Gardaí, Irish Coast Guard helicopter Rescue 115, and the Aran Islands RNLI boat are all involved in the search.

The search comes after Armagh teenager Lochlann Murray sadly passed away after falling at the Cliffs of Moher in early July.

A 20-year-old woman also lost her life after losing her footing in May.
