A company in the US will turn your remains into beautiful glass art. Husband and wife team, Greg and Christina Dale, who run memorial company Artful Ashes say that their team of artists will:

"capture the essence of your loved ones spirit in a swirl of colour and ashes, sealed forever within beautiful glass art."

The stunning glass art pieces are approximately 3 ½ by 3 ½ inches in size and weigh 14 ounces. The ashes show up as a white foamy layer inside the colored glass and the memorials also include a short inscription. Testimonials from those who have had their loved ones' remains memorialised in the glass creations include parents who have lost a baby. Julie and Cecil wrote a touching thank your for their art:

"We lost our baby boy at 21 weeks gestation and JD (on the left), was memorialised last year. We received his memorial on Christmas Eve. This year, we lost a baby girl at 20 weeks gestation, Joy (on the right), and we received her memorial on the 21st of December...the day before her actual due date. Thank you for giving us a tangible reminder to hold during times of thoughtful reflection."

"Happy New Year baby boy Bryson Patrick Charles Tharp"
