According to TMZ, the split comes after a conflict over the kids, and in her court documents, the actress is asking the judge to grant Pitt visitation rights, and only joint legal custody – not joint physical custody. Sources revealed to the celebrity news website that Angelina's decision to file for divorce comes from being in conflict with Brad over the way he parents their six children. Jolie has not asked for spousal support, and has listed the date of the separation as September 15th of this year.
