We’ve all noticed the drop in temperature in recent days – we’re donning our woolly hats way more often and we’re adding an extra layer to each child – so it comes as no surprise that the white Christmas rumours have started swirling again. The odds for some snowfall in Dublin on December 25th currently sit at 4/1 according to Ladbrokes. (We like those odds!) Next weekend is expected to see even cooler conditions (note to self: add another layer to each child) which has increased the chances of some snow over the upcoming festive season. Knock is also sitting at 4/1, as is Shannon. The odds for a white Christmas in Belfast are a little shorter at 7/2. As for the chance of the white stuff falling on all 12 days of Christmas in the Irish capital, that’s 33/1.
