The weather has finally taken a turn, and with many people starting to get the sniffles, we're on the hunt for some seriously warm and stylish outerwear. Well, while the summer stock in River Island might not hit the nail on the head for everyone, they do know a thing or two about winter layering and this coat is proof of just that. Sharing a look at some of their best layering options on its Instagram, River Island has us drooling over one release in particular. The faux fur aviator jacket is the perfect piece for those cold winter mornings when we don't want to sacrifice style for comfort. Yes, there'll be no fear of getting chilly in this cosy number with its thick fur-lining and pillow-like collar. And if the green version isn't quite to your taste, the gorgeous piece also comes in burgundy, brown and, of course, black. Now, this piece is not what we'd call budget and is definitely a bit of an investment at €100, but we really think we'd get year after year of cosiness out of this coat.
