Penneys is back open – and here are 10 things we are picking up TODAY

The wait is OVER.

Penneys is back open as of this morning, and I think I speak for all of us when I say: YAY! And whether you are lucky enough to live near the Penneys stores which are staying open all night tonight (I am, and honestly, I am strongly considering a 2am Penneys trip – just for the experience!) or not, I assume most of us are already planning our visit.
